That is why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We have seasoned administrators whose main job is to make certain that your website functions exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time interval, since there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not very large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

If it is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is modify the name server resource records pertaining to your domain. Your web site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
