Monitoring & Rebooting

Server managing is a rather challenging duty for new VPS end users – you need to keep an eye on how your server is doing, to determine if it’s under excessive load, to check if all the services are running properly. It is a task that requires undivided attention, and you probably do not have time to take care of this. By reason of this we propose that we do the task on your behalf. If you take advantage of our Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your Virtual Private Server and all the tasks running on it. Thus, you will have much more time for your websites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest mission in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively resort to some third–party solution. Our company offers a considerably easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS on a weekly basis, so you never need to fear permanently losing any valuable data. And we can retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up special software programs on it. And if this seems like something far too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services offer, is definitely the perfect solution for you. While using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our competent server administrators who will install and set–up any software or solve any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an extra feature.
